We've just spent three weeks trekking through Patagonia.

Our itinerary was as follows.

• Fly Atlanta -> Santiago
• 2 days in Santiago
• Fly Santiago -> Punta Arenas
• Bus from Punta Arenas to Puerto Natales
• One night in Puerto Natales
• Bus to Parque Nacional Torres del Paine
• 6 days backpacking in the park
• Bus back to Puerto Natales
• One night in Puerto Natales
• Bus to El Calafate in Argentina
• Three nights in El Calafate
• Christmas Day
• Perito Moreno Glacier
• Rent a car and drive to El Chalten
• Three nights in El Chalten
• Hike up to Lago de Los Tres Torres to see Fitz Roy
• 12 hour / 16 mile day to go ice climbing on a glacier
• Drive back to El Chalten
• Fly El Chalten -> Ushuaia
• Four nights in Ushuaia
• Ferry on the Beagle Channel
• New Year's Eve
• Rent a car, drive to Estancia Harberton
• Take small boat to island to walk with Penguins
• Fly Ushuaia -> Buenos Aires
• Three miserable nights in Buenos Aires
• Filthy, dirty, hot, run down, neglected, smelly city
• Fly Buenos Aires -> Atlanta
